If you would like to upgrade/downgrade your Plunge to a different size or chiller, no problem! There's two ways to go about doing this: 

1. If your Plunge has not shipped yet you can contact the sales team for an upgrade/downgrade at sales@thecoldplunge.com or (888) 860-0572.

2. If your Plunge has shipped or already been delivered you can contact our customer service team by putting in a ticket on our Contact Us page.
