Return Policy for Plunge Products

We offer a 30-day return policy if you are dissatisfied for any reason. To initiate a return and receive a refund, please ensure the following steps are followed:

  • Contact customer service so they can coordinate with Omni Logistics to pick up the Plunge. 
  • Drain your plunge. CLICK HERE for directions. 
  • Take pictures of the unit in the event something happens in transit.

Please note: The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return along with a 15% restocking fee. 

Returns of a Plunge Product must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be shipped with the original packaging. Plunge is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for Plunge Product(s) will be credited back to the original payment method only. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from our receipt of your Plunge Product(s) to process the refund. Plunge is not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. Plunge is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery or pick-up due to weather, incorrect address provided, or circumstances outside Plunge’s control.
