Sauna shows disconnected

If you are seeing the "sauna disconnected" message, it typically means that the Sauna has lost its connection to the internet.


To resolve, check the following:

  • Always make sure you have the latest version of the app.
  • Make sure that the Sauna is plugged in and has power.
  • Make sure that the wall-mounted controller is operational and the WiFi symbol on the top left shows it is connected. If you see a red stripe through, that means your intended network is not available. Please check your internet connection.
