Step 1: Location requirements

Step 2: Fill The PlungeAttach the included carbon hose filter to a garden hose. Run water through it into a drain until the water turns clear. Then, fill the Plunge with water. |

Step 3: Plug In the PlungeOnce the tub is full you can plug your plunge intoan outlet with a dedicated 120V 15A circuit. Note: Ensure the Plunge has rested for at least 20 minutes for coolant to settle before plugging it into the outlet. Note: If you plan to use an extension cord, it needs to be 12 gauge to give the Plunge sufficient power up to 25ft. |

Step 4: Turning the Plunge On

Step 5: Set Your TemperaturePress the up and down arrows on the back of the tub to set your desired temperature. The blue arrow indicates cooling, and the red arrow indicates heating. |

Step 6: Operate LightTo operate the light, just press the button with the light bulb to turn it on and press it again to turn it off. |

Step 7: To Pause the JetsFor a quieter Plunge experience, you can pause the jets by pressing the pause button. It will pause in increments of 15 minutes up to an hour. Once the timer runs out, the jets will turn back on and resume circulating the water. |
