Understanding Our Free Shipping Policy

At Plunge, we're thrilled to offer free shipping for cold plunge orders to the vast majority of our customers across the nation. Our goal is to ensure that your wellness journey starts smoothly without the added worry of shipping fees.

However, it’s important to note that around 5% of the nation falls within FedEx’s or Omni’s “Beyond Area,” where our standard free shipping policy does not apply. This is due to the higher costs associated with delivering to these areas typically categorized by high population density areas (narrow streets, expensive bridge tolls, etc), or more rural and remote areas.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions or concerns about shipping to your location. Our goal is to make your Plunge experience as seamless and positive as possible, from order to delivery.
