• The Service: They will perform a curbside drop-off of your sauna crate.
• Note: Delivery drivers are transit specialists and are not equipped to unbox or assemble the unit.

Step 2: Assembly Upgrade by Pure Install

If you have purchased our professional assembly upgrade, this service is handled by Pure Install.

• The Goal: Professional unboxing, setup, and build of your sauna.
• The Outreach: Pure Install will contact you before your delivery arrives to get your assembly on the calendar.

The Scheduling Timeline: The "48-Hour Rule"

To ensure your sauna is safely on-site and ready for the crew, please coordinate your appointment for at least 48 hours after your estimated delivery date.

This buffer is essential for a few reasons:

1. Shipping Shifts: It ensures that even with minor transit delays, the product is in your driveway before the technicians arrive.
