If a faulty part must be returned, Plunge offers Return & Repair or Advanced Replacement. Your Support agent confirms which option is available for your case.
Parts that may require return
Examples include Evolve and All-In chillers, sauna controllers or main modules, control boards, and other major electronic or mechanical components identified by Support.
Option 1: Return & Repair
- Plunge sends return packaging and instructions.
- You pack the faulty part and confirm it is ready.
- Plunge arranges pickup within 1 to 3 business days after packing is complete.
- The warehouse inspects and receives the item into inventory within 3 to 5 business days after arrival.
- Plunge repairs the part or sends the approved replacement.
Option 2: Advanced Replacement
- You place a $1 authorization hold on a card.
- Plunge sends the replacement first.
- Keep the replacement box and all packing materials.
- Return the faulty part within 30 days of replacement delivery.
- After warehouse inventory receipt, Plunge releases the $1 hold within 5 business days.
When full retail may be charged
Plunge may charge the replacement's full retail price when the faulty item is not returned after 30 days. Documented carrier loss, delayed technician installation, missing packaging or return label, or a Plunge-caused pickup delay postpones that charge.
Packing and pickup
- Use the packaging Plunge provides or approves.
- Follow the packing diagram for your exact part.
- Do not drop off a package when Plunge has arranged pickup unless your coordinator approves the change.
- Keep a photo of the sealed package and tracking label.
