Which provider handles your plan? It depends on when your extended protection plan was purchased:
On or before May 11, 2026 (the former “Plunge Protect” plan) — your plan is administered by our previous extended warranty provider; follow the steps on this page.
After May 11, 2026 — your plan is administered by our current extended warranty provider. Use the claim link emailed to you when your plan was activated, or contact Plunge Support and we’ll direct you to the right claim process.
To file a claim (plans purchased on or before May 11, 2026):
- Go to https://www.hiclyde.com/login
- Create an account using the same email address you used to purchase your plan/Product
- Log in and click "File a Claim"
- Select the product you need to file a claim for
- Information you will need to submit your claim:
- Serial Number: Put N/A - Does not apply
- Photos or videos of the issue/problem or leak (you can send them the same ones you sent to the support agent when troubleshooting.)
