Returning Your Plunge Accessories

  • The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been used: water maintenance supplies, accessory kits, snorkels, neck pillows, phone holders, spa covers, etc.
  • All returned products must be shipped with the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
  • Plunge is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
  • Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original card only.
  • The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return, along with a 15% restocking fee.
