Returning Your Plunge Accessories
- The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been used: water maintenance supplies, accessory kits, snorkels, neck pillows, phone holders, spa covers, etc.
- All returned products must be shipped with the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Plunge is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
- Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original card only.
- The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return, along with a 15% restocking fee.
- After your order has shipped or been fulfilled, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee covers the costs involved in processing, inspecting, testing, and recertifying returned items.
