At Plunge, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return a plunge or sauna, please review our refund policy below:
Return Eligibility:
Plunge and Sauna Returns: Our refund policy covers both cold plunges and saunas.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Restocking Fee:
After your order has shipped or been fulfilled, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee covers the costs involved in processing, inspecting, testing, and recertifying returned items.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. The original packaging helps protect the product during transit and ensures it arrives undamaged.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support Team: To initiate a return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return process.
- Securely Package the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging or in a suitable alternative to ensure it arrives undamaged.
- Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Be sure to include the RA number on the package for easy identification.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be processed.
- Refund Notification: You will be emailed once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Plunge All-In Commercial Max Customers:
To ensure the safe return of the Plunge All-In Commercial Max, all chemical tanks must be removed and properly disposed of before shipping. Failure to remove the chemical tanks creates safety risks for those handling the shipment.
If the unit is returned with chemical tanks attached, containing chemicals, or with any residual chemicals in the tub, the customer will be held responsible for the associated disposal costs and any damages to the unit. These costs may range from $1,500 to $3,000, depending on the extent of the damage and the quantity of chemicals present.

Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as items that are damaged due to misuse or items not in their original condition.
