How to Identify a Failed Power Supply Inside the Control Box

The power supply is a small component inside the control box that converts AC power for use by the sauna’s electronics. When it fails, the sauna won’t respond even though the control box itself is still receiving power.

Please take photos or videos at each step of the troubleshooting process. If we need to order replacement parts, our Support team will use these to process your warranty claim.

Identifying a Failed Power Supply

If your sauna isn’t functioning but a white LED is lit inside the control box with no green LED present, the power supply has most likely failed. Contact Plunge Support to confirm and arrange a replacement part.
