Before you begin

  • A licensed electrician is required to install the sauna. The sauna must be connected to a dedicated circuit meeting the minimum amperage specified in the manual.
  • Assembly requires 2–3 people. The unoccupied sauna weighs approximately 540–675 lbs—confirm your floor can support the sauna plus occupants.
  • Inspect all components, including the heaters, for shipping damage before assembly. If you find damage, contact Plunge Customer Support before proceeding.
  • Install indoors, away from water sources, with ventilation openings kept unobstructed and at least 26.5" of clearance in front for the door.

Safety first

  • The sauna is for adults 18 and older. Keep children and pets away at all times.
  • Never touch the heaters during use or before they have cooled. Never place objects on or within 12" of a heater, and do not use the sauna to dry towels or clothing.
  • Start with sessions of 10 minutes or less until you know how your body responds, and never exceed 30 minutes in a single session. Stay hydrated and take breaks.
  • Do not use alcohol or drugs before or during use. If you feel dizzy, faint, or unwell, stop immediately. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, faint easily, or have any condition that could make sauna use unsafe.
  • Electrical components may only be serviced by a licensed electrician or trained service provider.
