Filing a Claim with XCover Protection

To file a claim with XCover: 
 
  • Go to https://www.hiclyde.com/login
  • Create an account using the same email address you used to purchase your plan/Product
  • Log in and click "File a Claim"
  • Select the product you need to file a claim for
  • Information you will need to submit your claim:
    • Serial Number: Put N/A - Does not apply
    • Photos or videos of the issue/problem or leak (you can send them the same ones you sent to the support agent when troubleshooting.)
    • Screenshot of your order
