FedEx Delivery

If you purchased the Plunge Pop-Up, Plunge Air, or Plunge Evolve Pro Chiller FedEx will drop your unit off on your front doorstep hassle free. 

Please note that if you purchased the Plunge Pop-Up or the Plunge Air with an Evolve Pro Chiller, you will be receiving 3 separate packages that include: 

• The Tub
• The Evolve Pro Chiller
• Chiller Connections 

Omni Logistics Standard Curbside Delivery (free):

For those who purchased the Plunge Evolve XL Pro and appreciate cost-effective and efficient delivery, we provide Standard Curbside Delivery at no additional charge*. 

1. Omni Logistics will reach out to schedule a delivery time via text and email
2. Your Plunge will be delivered directly to your curb or driveway.
3. Please note that with curbside delivery, Omni Logistics won't enter your home, assist with setup, or remove packing material or other refuse.

At Plunge, we're thrilled to offer free shipping for cold plunge orders to the vast majority of our customers across the nation. Our goal is to ensure that your wellness journey starts smoothly without the added worry of shipping fees.

However, it's important to note that approximately 5% of the nation falls within Omni Logisitics' "Beyond Area," where our standard free shipping policy does not apply due to the higher costs associated with delivering to these remote locations. 2. With premium placement delivery, Omni Logistics' expert team will carefully place the Plunge anywhere in your home at entry level.
3. They will also handle the disposal of packaging materials.
4. It's essential to remember that Omni Logistics won't set up your Plunge to ensure it's assembled correctly and avoids any potential damage.

Once your Plunge is delivered and placed, setup typically takes around 10-15 minutes.
