This allows you to experience the Plunge Air at home, and if it’s not for you, no problem! Simply initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Who’s Eligible?

• First-time Plunge purchasers.
• This offer is intended for residential use only and does not apply to commercial purchases.

What’s Refundable?

• The full cost of the Plunge Air with Chiller and any unused accessories purchased with it.
• Delivery fees, provided you live in an eligible delivery area. To check if your address is eligible, please contact our support team at (888) 860-0572, available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm PST.

Return Policy

• Packaging: Returns must be made in the original packaging to ensure safe transit. If the original packaging isn’t available, we’ll provide replacement packaging, but the cost of this packaging and the shipping fee to send it to you will be deducted from your refund.
• Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, free from excessive wear or damage. If the product shows signs of excessive use, or damage, or is missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund or, in some cases, refuse the refund entirely.
• Timing: To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Process: Once you request a return, our Support Team will provide instructions on how to return the product. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure the return is processed smoothly.
• Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive the return for the refund to be issued.
• Shipping Costs: While initial shipping may be covered, any return packaging or shipping costs, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
• Non-Refundable Items: Any accessories or additional products that were purchased separately, or not returned with the main product, will not be eligible for a refund.
• Modify or Cancel Program: We reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time. For more details, please refer to our Home Trial Terms.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our Support Team within 30 days of delivery.
2. We’ll arrange for the return of your Plunge Air with Chiller and any unused accessories.
3. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method after the return is processed. Please allow up to 30 days from the return date for the refund to be completed.
