Quick start

If desired, peel off and discard the clear protective film covering the user interface before your first session.

  1. Power on — press the power button to turn the unit on.
  2. Set your session timer — press the timer button, then use the up/down buttons to select a duration from 0 to 30 minutes.
  3. Adjust light intensity — select a wavelength (Blue Light, Red Light, or Near-Infrared/NIR) and set its intensity from 0 to 100.
  4. Enable pulse mode (optional) — press the pulse button to engage 40 Hz NIR pulse mode. The button illuminates when active.
  5. Start your session — press start to begin. The timer counts down automatically. Press stop at any time to end early.

Good to know

  • Using the panel in a Plunge Infrared Sauna: when the sauna is powered on, you must activate the red light outlet as a built-in safety step—press and hold the Accent and Chromotherapy buttons together for 5 seconds on the sauna control panel.
  • Near-infrared light is invisible. If NIR intensity is turned up but the LEDs look unlit, the panel is still working correctly.
