Clean Out the Jets (Part 1)

  1. Turn off the Plunge by unplugging the chiller from the outlet.
  2. Drain the tub following the draining instructions for your model
  3. Wipe the tub down with a household degreaser
  4. Rinse the tub out thoroughly (Not rinsing thoroughly can cause foaming)
  5. Fill the tub to two inches above the highest drain or jet.
  6. If you do not have a heater on your tub or the water supply is not above 60 degrees, add boiling water until it is warm to the touch.
  7. If your filter is less than two weeks old and there’s no visible dirt or debris you can use that filter.
    1. If your filter is 3-4 weeks old or has a lot of visible dirt and debris, please change the filter before continuing.
  8. Using the Sirona Jetline Cleaner, pour 1 cup into the water
  9. Turn the Plunge back on.
  10. Set the temperature to 100 degrees (or highest possible temperature) to make sure the tub does not try and chill during this process.
  11. Run the tub for 15 minutes.
  12. Pause or turn off the chiller for an hour.
  13. Run again for another 15 minutes.
  14. Drain and thoroughly rinse out the tub.

Sanitize the Tub (Part 2)

  1. Fill the tub to two inches above the highest drain or jet.
  2. Turn the Plunge on and make sure jets are running.
  3. Set the temperature to 100 degrees to make sure the tub does not try and chill during this process.
  4. Using the amount of sanitizer (Simply Sanitizer OR Replenish) that’s in the start up of the water maintenance protocol you are following, add it to the water. Important note: DO NOT use Replenish and Simply Sanitizer together in the same tub, this will cause a water chemistry issue
  5. Run the Plunge for 20 minutes.
  6. Once the tub has been running for 20 minutes, keep it running and begin filling it up all the way.
  7. You can now follow the rest of the water maintenance protocol sans the sanitizer (Simply Sanitizer OR Replenish) that has already been added.

Once every step has been completed please follow the change filter instructions for your model to complete your Deep Clean.
