Please press "Help" on the auto doser controller and read what it says. 

Based on the Error message, follow the instructions below. 

ERROR: pH too Low (under 6.5) 

Solve: Add Sirona Spa Up 1 tbsp at a time in 3 min increments until alarm is resolved

Cause: This problem is rare and is generally caused by chemical mishandling.

ERROR: pH too High (above 8.5) 

Solve: Go Menu> ACID PUMP > ADD 10 sec (Left circle)> Auto (Right Circle)> MENU (to return to home screen)

Cause: This problem is generally caused by either an empty Acid Tank, an unprimed line, the Acid Pump being placed into manual mode, placing the wrong chemicals into the wrong tank, or a damaged or obstructed injector valve (rare)

ERROR: ORP too LOW (Below 350) 

Solve: Go to Menu> Cl2 PUMP (2nd option in the menu) > ADD 10 sec (Left circle)> Auto (Right Circle)> MENU (to return to home screen)

Cause: an empty Cl2 Tank, an unprimed line, the Cl2 Pump being placed into manual mode

Placing the wrong chemicals into the wrong tank, a damaged or obstructed injector valve (rare)

ERROR: ORP too High (Above 850)

Solve: remove and replace 5 Gallons of water in 5 min increments until status light is resolved (10 GAL of water will move the ORP Value roughly -10mv)

Cause: This problem is rare and is generally caused by chemical mishandling.

ERROR: Low Level Acid Tank 

Solve: Menu > pH Setup (3rd option down)> Acid Tank Input (Last Setting) > Disable ( Right Circle) > Esc (Left Circle Button)>Menu (to return to home screen)

ERROR: Low Level Cl2 Tank  

Solve: Menu > ORP Setup (4th option down)> Cl2 Tank Input (Last Setting) > Disable ( Right Circle) > Esc (Left Circle Button)>Menu (to return to home screen)
