HA - Hanna Alarm Error Code

If your Plunge All-In or Evolve Pro chiller is showing the error code “HA”, your unit is in a protective state to prevent any permanent damage to your Cold Plunge. This error indicates there is an error on the Hanna Auto Doser. 

How to resolve this issue:

  1. Ensure that the pH and ORP are in the proper ranges based upon the water management instructions
  2. Press the “Help” button on the auto doser and based on what it says, please follow the directions in the auto doser trouble shoot article here
  3. If the error code does not correct itself, please submit a ticket to support with assets here.
