If your Plunge All-In or Evolve Pro chiller is showing the error code “HA”, your unit is in a protective state to prevent any permanent damage to your Cold Plunge. This error indicates there is an error on the Hanna Auto Doser.
How to resolve this issue:
- Ensure that the pH and ORP are in the proper ranges based upon the water management instructions
- Press the “Help” button on the auto doser and based on what it says, please follow the directions in the auto doser trouble shoot article here
- If the error code does not correct itself, please submit a ticket to support with assets here.
