No. Please never use Replenish and Oxidizer together. 

Sirona Oxidizer uses hydrogen peroxide and when mixed with chlorine, they neutralize each other. This will result in the tub water not having anything to keep it clean which will allow fungus and bacteria to grow. It will generally turn the water bright yellow. 

If you have mixed these two, then please immediately empty and deep clean your tub before using it.
