The Plunge app lets you do more with your sauna — preheat before you’re ready to step in, schedule sessions in advance, control chromotherapy lighting, and make sure your firmware is always up to date. Setup only takes a few minutes.

Before You Start

• Make sure your sauna is fully assembled, plugged in, and powered on.
• Have your home Wi-Fi network name and password ready.
• Wi-Fi note: Your sauna connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If your router broadcasts both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks under the same name, you may need to temporarily connect your phone to the 2.4 GHz band during setup. Check your router settings if you’re unsure.

Connecting the Sauna

1. Open the Plunge app. Launch the app on your phone or tablet.
2. Add a new device. Tap the + symbol and select Add a Device. Find the infrared sauna from the list and tap it to begin setup.
3. Follow the in-app setup steps. The app will walk you through the process. Continue through the steps until you reach the sauna pairing screen.
4. Activate Wi-Fi pairing mode on the sauna. At the pairing screen, go to your sauna’s UI panel and press and hold the Time + and Temp + buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The sauna will enter Wi-Fi pairing mode.
5. Connect. Your sauna should appear on the app’s pairing screen. Tap it to connect, enter your Wi-Fi network details when prompted, and confirm.
6. You’re connected. Once the app confirms the connection, your sauna is linked and ready to control remotely.

Tip: If the sauna doesn’t appear on the pairing screen, make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you’re trying to pair the sauna to, and that you’re within a reasonable range of your router. A strong signal at the sauna’s location makes for a more reliable connection.

Note: Keeping your firmware up to date ensures your sauna has the latest features and performance improvements. Check the app periodically for any available updates.
