Repair coordination begins after the required parts ship. Plunge Repairs is usually your first scheduling contact, while the agent on your main ticket remains your customer-facing owner.
Before scheduling
- Support and Engineering approve the repair.
- Required payment, address confirmation, and parts orders are completed.
- Repair coordination begins after parts ship. Scheduling may begin while parts are in transit when tracking includes an estimated arrival date.
Prepare for the visit
- Keep all delivered parts and packaging together.
- Provide a clear, safe work area around the product.
- Protect nearby floors and belongings.
- Drain the product only when your repair coordinator instructs you to do so.
- Make sure an adult can provide access for the full appointment window.
During and after the visit
The technician completes the approved scope and reports the result. Plunge follows up with you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm the outcome.
If the repair cannot be completed, the technician reports the issue in real time. Plunge Repairs contacts you within 24 hours with the next step.
Technician labor payments are not refundable because an appointment is canceled, the product is inaccessible, the first visit is unsuccessful, or a second visit is needed.
