What “In-Home (Entry-Level) Delivery” Includes — and What It Doesn’t

When you choose In-Home Delivery, our delivery partner (Omni Logistics) brings your Plunge into your home and places it on your home’s entry level — the main floor you enter on — in the spot you choose on that level. This is what “entry-level placement” means: the entry level of your home, not a specific upstairs or downstairs room.

What in-home delivery includes

  • Transport of your unit into your home and placement on the entry level, positioned where you’d like it on that level.
  • Removal and disposal of all packaging materials.

What in-home delivery does not include

  • Carrying the unit up or down stairs to a different floor (e.g., a basement, second story, or rooftop). The team places your unit on the entry level only.
  • Assembly or setup — so your Plunge is installed correctly and safely by you or your installer.
  • Electrical or plumbing work.

Curbside delivery

Curbside delivery brings your Plunge to your curb or driveway only. It does not include in-home placement, setup, or packaging removal.

What applies to your product

  • Plunge All-In: In-home (entry-level) delivery — curbside is not available for this model.
  • Other cold plunges: Free curbside; in-home (entry-level) delivery available for an added fee.
  • Saunas: Curbside delivery, plus optional professional assembly through Pure Install (assembly does not include electrical/outlet installation). In-home delivery is not available for saunas.

Need placement on another floor or up stairs?

Because the delivery team places your unit on the entry level only, please contact Plunge Support before your delivery date if you need it positioned on a different floor or carried up/down stairs. We can talk through options; additional handling may require a third-party mover you arrange, and added fees may apply. Planning this ahead of delivery day avoids surprises.
