Start with the path that matches how and when the product or component was covered. Customer Service confirms the final path after reviewing your order and service history.
Manufacturer warranty
Use the product's published limited warranty when the original product is still inside its coverage period. Coverage, exclusions, and remedies are controlled by that product-specific warranty.
90-day repaired or replacement-component coverage
This path covers only the component Plunge repaired or replaced. The 90 days begin when the repaired or replacement component is delivered, including technician-installed parts.
- Your report date determines whether the symptom falls inside 90 days.
- A second replacement during the period does not restart the clock.
- For a covered component failure, coverage includes the replacement part, shipping, diagnostic fee, technician labor, travel, and tax.
- Improper installation, electrical setup, water chemistry, freezing, modification, neglect, unrelated failures, and normal wear are excluded.
Extended protection plan
The customer files and manages the provider claim. Plunge supplies repair documentation and begins the approved paid work after required payment is confirmed.
