Approval, order creation, fulfillment, and shipment are separate steps. This guide explains what each status means.
1. Approved
Support or Engineering has approved the part or chiller. The order cannot be created until the shipping address is confirmed and any required payment is complete.
2. Order created
Plunge creates an approved, address-confirmed, paid replacement-parts order within 1 to 2 business days. Order creation does not mean the package has shipped.
3. Fulfillment
The warehouse is preparing the item. Availability, freight requirements, and backorders can affect this stage. Plunge sends daily updates while a shipment is delayed or backordered.
4. Label created
Tracking is sent when the carrier label is created. The carrier may need time to scan the package before movement appears.
5. Shipped
The carrier has the package. Use the tracking link for delivery changes and contact Plunge if tracking stops updating or the package arrives damaged.
Who owns each step?
