The chromotherapy LED strips run along the floor, side walls, and roof of your sauna, creating the color lighting controlled through the Chromotherapy setting on your UI panel. If one of these strips stops working or shows inconsistent color, start with the connection checks below.

Please take photos or videos at each step of the troubleshooting process. If we need to order replacement parts, our Support team will use these to process your warranty claim.

Step 1: Troubleshoot Before Replacing

A loose connection is often the culprit. Check the following first:

• Roof connections: Using a ladder, check that all wiring connections at the roof are firmly seated.
• Control box connection: Locate the connector on the control box labeled “Portal Lighting” and press it firmly into its port.

If both connections are solid and the strip still isn’t working, a replacement is needed. Contact Plunge Support to arrange a replacement strip before proceeding.
