Sometimes, restarting the Plunge can fix odd behavior with your product.

How to restart 

1. Press the pause button on the UI and pause the chiller for 15 minutes
2. If the chiller is in a cooling cycle wait until the compressor, fan, and pump power down into idle mode before powering down the Plunge
   1. 🚨 Important: Powering down the Plunge while it is in a cooling cycle can damage the chiller.
3. Find the “test” and “reset” buttons on the power cord.
4. Press “test” to turn it off and wait 10 seconds.
5. Press “reset” to turn it back on.
6. When the unit powers up, you'll hear tones play and see "Hi" on the display.
