Choose your chiller first: Standard or Pro. Both need clean filtered flow, open operating valves, ventilation, and a dedicated 20-amp circuit.
1. Record the starting point
Write down the set temperature, displayed water temperature, ambient temperature, visible flow, and any error code. Allow 1 to 2 hours after a set-point change before treating the response as abnormal.
2. Check the filter and flow
- Install a clean, correctly seated filter.
- Confirm the O-ring and housing are clean and hand-tight.
- Confirm operating valves are fully open.
- Clean the hair strainer with the chiller fully off.
Standard: complete the Standard air purge.
Pro: restart the chiller using the published Pro restart. If CF or a no-flow code remains, contact Support after changing the filter.
3. Check installation conditions
- Use the model's manual for required ventilation clearance.
- Keep intake and exhaust areas clean and unobstructed.
- Shade the chiller when practical.
- Install the latest firmware on app-connected models.
Never disconnect hoses, manipulate valves while running, or remove the filter for an ordinary flow test.
