Winterization

If your Plunge is located outside and the temperature falls below freezing for any length of time, please winterize your Plunge to protect it from damage. 

1. Turn the chiller off and unplug it.
2. Drain the Plunge
3. Empty the chiller of any remaining water inside
   • The water will need to be dumped out of the open chiller ports
   • Do not rest the chiller ports on the ground as this will break them
4. Remove the filter
5. Wipe out any water left in the filter housing
6. Disconnect the chiller connections from the chiller
7. Store the chiller indoors until the temperature is safe for use
