Please follow the steps below to purge the air from the Evolve Standard Chiller. Please make sure that the tub is full when performing an air purge. 

1. Keep the chiller on and running
2. Double check that all 3 colored ball valves on the connections are open. (Parallel to the connections)
3. Using the filter wrench slowing loosen the water filter housing to allow the air to escape 
4. Once the water has filled the filter housing, re-tighten it. 
5. Wait two minutes for the priming process to complete.

If, after two minutes, you still can't feel water coming out of the jets, repeat the process. If after three attempts you still do not have flow, please submit a support ticket for assistance.
