Step 1: Placing the Plunge Pod

• Place the Plunge Pod on a waterproof, flat, and stable surface. 
• We recommend using latex gloves to move the Plunge Pod to reduce finger prints and dirt residue on the tub. Go here for best practices for cleaning the outside of the Pod.
• If you have the Evolve Pro Chiller or Standard Chiller, refer to the Chiller manual for location requirements.

Step 2: Install the Safety Strap

• Please make sure the safety strap is placed underneath the tub before filling. 

Step 3: Install Drain Manifold

• Grab the drain manifold located in the welcome box
• Make sure there is a black o-ring inside the connection collar
• Place the drain manifold against the lower port on the tub and screw on the connection collar. Be careful not to cross thread it or over-tighten. 

Step 4: Secure Manifold Plugs

• There is a manifold plug on the jet port and the drain port.
• Make sure to tighten the collars until they are hand-tight to prevent leaking.

Step 5: Fill the Plunge Pod

• Make sure the white drain valve is in the closed position (perpendicular to the tub).
• Fill the Plunge with water until it reaches 4 inches from the top.

Step 6: Add Ice and Plunge!
