If your Plunge All-In or Evolve Pro chiller is showing the error code “FA”, your unit is in a protective state to prevent any permanent damage to your Cold Plunge. It is the result of the unit’s fan RPM being too low (<350 RPM) when it should be at least 1000 RPM.

How we prevent your unit from being damaged:

1. The UI will flash the FA error with the actual water temperature and will run the pump at half speed. 
2. The chiller will stop chilling and you will not be able to change the set point below 50° F.

How to resolve this issue:

1. Take a photo of the error code
2. Ensure your unit is connected on the Plunge App
3. Pause your unit
4. Once the jets have stopped, turn the unit off by pressing the test button on the GFCI Plug
