Low flow is the most useful first check when an All-In is not cooling. Keep the filter installed during every normal troubleshooting step.
1. Confirm the symptom
- Record the set temperature, displayed water temperature, ambient temperature, and any error code.
- After changing the set point, allow 1 to 2 hours before deciding that cooling is not responding.
2. Restore filtered water flow
- Pause the unit and wait for the jets to stop.
- Install a new, correctly seated filter.
- Clean the O-ring groove and hand-tighten the lid.
- Refill to the normal operating level.
- Complete the All-In air purge.
3. Check airflow and firmware
- Clean the ventilation screens.
- Use the clearance in the setup manual and keep the hot-air exhaust unobstructed.
- Shade the product when practical.
- Install the latest firmware in the Plunge app.
4. If CF or restricted flow remains
Complete the approved deep-clean procedure. Its only filterless step occurs after a 101–104°F cleaning cycle with 16 fl oz of Oh Yuk or comparable labeled-dose cleaner circulated for at least eight hours, followed by draining and rinsing. The filterless rinse lasts only 5 to 10 seconds. Filterless operation is never an ordinary diagnostic.
If cooling or flow remains abnormal after one complete self-service cycle, stop and contact Support.
