Do not run the All-In without a filter. Start with water level, filter seating, and trapped air.
1. Confirm water level
Fill the tub to its normal operating level. The circulation path must remain fully submerged.
2. Check the filter
- Pause the unit and wait until the jets stop.
- Remove the filter and clear loose debris from the housing.
- Install a new filter straight over the center post.
- Confirm the O-ring is clean and seated.
- Hand-tighten the lid and resume operation.
3. Purge trapped air
Follow Air Purge the Plunge All-In. Stay with the product during the procedure. If flow does not return after three attempts, stop troubleshooting and contact Support.
4. Clean drain strainers
At the next drain and refill, unplug the unit and clean both drain strainers using the published drain-strainer procedure.
Do not disconnect hoses, manipulate valves while running, open an electrical cover, or use filterless operation as a flow test.
