First determine whether the moisture is condensation or an active leak.
Stop using the Plunge and unplug it if water is entering an electrical area, water loss is uncontrolled, or you notice a hot plug, burning smell, buzzing, arcing, or melting.
1. Check for condensation
- Mark the water line with tape.
- Do not use or refill the tub for 24 hours.
- If the water line does not drop, the moisture is likely condensation or splash-out.
2. Check the filter housing
- Pause the All-In and wait for the jets to stop.
- Remove the decorative filter cover.
- Open the filter lid and remove the filter.
- Remove debris from the housing and O-ring groove.
- Confirm the O-ring is clean, untwisted, undamaged, and fully seated.
- Install a clean filter straight over the center post.
- Hand-tighten the lid. Stop if it cross-threads or resists.
3. Find the first wet point
Dry the housing, exterior seams, and floor. Resume circulation and watch from a safe distance. Record the first place water appears. Do not remove side panels or reach into the equipment compartment.
4. Send evidence
Send a full-setup photo, filter and O-ring photos, a marked water-line photo, and a video that follows the water from the full product to the first wet point.
